This is a traditional Tang Soo Do School.

Tang Soo Do (Korean Karate) has roots that go back over 2000 years.
​
At Desorda's Martial Arts Academy, the physical portion of training consists of:
​
Kicking
Hand techniques
Blocking techniques
Hyung (a formal pattern of martial arts techniques, done in a sequential order to simulate defending against an imaginary opponent.
Self-Defense and traditional weapons.

Our teaching philosophy is based on the 5 pillars of Moo Do (martial way).

Classes are as follows:
Tiny Tiger's - Ages 4 to 6
​
Junior's - Ages 7 to 12
​
Teen/Adult - Ages 13 and Up.
​
Family Classes - Ages 6 through Adult
**NOTE: Family classes are meant for everyone, minus our 4 & 5 year olds. It is expected, that if a young child (Age 6 to 12) is going to participate in this class, that an adult or 13 + Sibling, will participate as well.
